All volunteer tutors must complete an extensive screening process and have their resumes and qualifications prepared. Volunteers must prepare lesson plans and commit to tutoring at least four 30-minute sessions per week. Mentees will log on virtually either from home or their school. Through virtual tutoring children and youth receive academic support related to math science literacy and any other related subject. With more students across the country shifting to online learning there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in helping anyone struggling with school.
